We adopted Kera Noel (formerly "Project Kera") in November of 2004. She had come into the shelter with a badly damaged right hind leg. Her leg couldn't be saved so it had to be amputated. After all she went through she still had such a happy spirit and was as loving as could be. We brought her home to her new brother Boots (a black/white tuxedo cat) and her new sister Sasha (a rottweiler). It took some time for her to get used to such a big dog because she is so small, but now the 3 of them are inseparable. Kera loves to play ball, chase anything and lay around on her brother and sister (quite the cuddle-bug). She is still the happy little kitty we brought home about a year ago.

Just wanted to say Thank You for all that you do giving these animals second chances to be loved.
