Selfie Scavenger Hunt

In these tricky times we want to make sure that we are completely emphasizing health and safety. We have selected big outdoor locations where you can safely stay far away from other people, or if you’d rather not get out of your car, that’s fine too!  This game is for fun, and intended to be a silly, but safe, little jaunt around Nashville.

So, some common sense rules first:

  1. We encourage you to wear a mask and expect you to keep a nice safe distance from others. If there’s some sort of extenuating circumstance where you can’t safely snap a selfie, just snap one in your car.

  2. Obey all traffic, parking and pedestrian laws/rules. (There is no incentive for finishing ‘first’ so no need to rush!)

You have from Sept 12 through Sept 20 to complete your Scavenger Hunt. How to enter to win:

  • Step 1 – Sign up to participate in the Selfie Scavenger Hunt by following the link below. Clues will be sent to participants on September 12.

  • Step 2 – Follow the clues provided and take a selfie at each of the scavenger hunt locations.

  • Step 3 – Include one photo from each location in ONE social post on Instagram and/or Facebook post between Saturday September 12 an September 20 and tag @nashvillehumane, #dogday and #selfiescavengerhunt . Make the post public to be eligible! If you do not have social media, you can enter to win by sending an email with your photos from each location to events@nashvillehumane.org with the subject line “Selfie Scavenger Hunt.”

We’ll be making a fun highlight video of the selfies. So, be fun, have fun, and remember this is all a great big fun game to raise funds for homeless and at-risk shelter pets! Sign up below to receive the scavenger hunt clues! Clues will be sent on September 12.
